Return & Cancellation Policy – The Glazing Beauty


At The Glazing Beauty, we strive to deliver high-quality, organic hair care products. Due to the nature of our consumer products, we do not offer returns except in specific circumstances outlined below.

Eligible Returns/Replacement:

We only accept return or replacement requests if:

  • Wrong Product Delivered – If you received a product that differs from what you ordered.
  • Expired Product Delivered – If the product is past its expiration date upon arrival.
  • Damaged Product Delivered – If the product is physically damaged, tampered with, or the packaging is compromised.
  • Incomplete Order – If your order is missing any products.

Return/Replacement Conditions:

For a return or replacement to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The return/replacement request must be generated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  2. Any damaged/missing product must be reported within 2 days from the date of delivery.
  3. The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging (including mono cartons, labels, etc.).
  4. You must provide photo and video evidence of the damaged or incorrect product. This documentation must be sent to our customer care email at CC@glazingbeauty.com.

Return/Replacement Requests Will Not Be Accepted If:

  • The product has been opened, used, or altered in any way.
  • The original packaging (including mono cartons, labels, etc.) is missing.
  • The request is generated after 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Any damaged or missing product is reported after 2 days from the date of delivery.

Order Cancellation:

  • You can cancel order from CANCEL button from order details page under My account section. You just need to give reason for cancellation, and leave rest on us.
  • You can request to cancel your order before it is shipped. Once the order is shipped, we will be unable to process any cancellations.

How Will I Receive the Refund for My Cancelled or Returned Product?

For Cancelled Orders:

  • If your order is successfully canceled before shipment, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

For Returned Products:

  • If your return request is approved (due to wrong, expired, damaged, or incomplete orders), we will process the refund once the product is received and inspected.
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days from the date the return is accepted.
